What delivery options do I have for an order to Singapore?
To find out what shipping costs are you can add your items to your cart, then proceed to checkout.
At checkout start by selecting your country of delivery, then type in your full address.

Tracked Airmail | The Tracked Airmail service offers basic tracking. This is still an airmail service and does not require a signature upon delivery so may be left in a safe place by your delivery driver. | 0-1kg $8.50 1-2kg $22 | 5-15 business days* |
EMS Courier | This service offers you tracking. EMS courier service is delivered by your EMS Carrier, this service will require a signature upon delivery making the delivery of your item more secure. * What we mean by "business days" = Monday to Friday, not including public holidays in NZ and in your country of destination.
Targeted delivery time excludes customs processing time, as this is outside of HealthPost and our global freight partner's control.
Do I need to pay GST tax when ordering to Singapore?
Yes, from January 2023, Singapore GST payment is required for goods sent into Singapore.
On our website Singapore GST isn’t included in product prices, instead it’s calculated at checkout and added to your order’s total. Once you place your order, we’ll sort the rest – we process the tax payment to Singapore. You won’t pay NZ GST if you’re delivering to a Singaporean address.

Can I choose to see product prices in Singaporean dollars?
No, all orders are displayed and charged in New Zealand dollars.
Delivery and GST costs at checkout will show in NZD. Your order confirmation email will also display in NZD.
