How can I update my delivery address?
Updating any of the delivery address saved on your account is easy! Simply:
- Sign in to your account
- In the 'Profile' section of your account, you will find all your saved addresses
- Click the pencil in the right hand corner of the address you wish to update, then choose 'Edit' or 'Delete'
How can I save my new address to be my new default address?
Your default delivery address is the one that automatically appears for you when you check out.
To have the checkout page default to sending your orders to a new address:
- Sign in to your account
- In the 'Profile' section of your account select the address you would like as your default
- Click on the pencil to edit
- Tick the 'This is my default address' tick box if your new address is already saved on your list
- Or click the ' +Add ' button at the top of the list, enter its details and click 'This is my default address', then 'save'
How can I change my email address?
Not a problem, we can do this for you!
Please contact us by emailing your request from your original email address, and we'll let you know as soon as your account is ready for you to log-in with your new address
Please send your message from the email address that's currently registered on your account, as a way of giving us your approval to make changes to your account.
