How do I redeem my Healthy Rewards?

Desktop

1. Sign into your HealthPost account
2. Use the Healthy rewards selector at checkout to choose how many rewards you would like to use towards your order, to select amount click on the +  -  
3. Once you click and apply these to your order a Healthy Rewards code will automatically apply to your order.  

MOBILE

1. Sign into your HealthPost account
2. Complete your address details and continue through the payment section
3. At the pay now section you will see the "Add discount or Rewards" option  - click  and you will see your rewards available 
4. Select the amount of rewards you would like to redeem using the +  -  and "apply" ,  these will be applied to your order as a voucher code and will update the payment amount 

Can I redeem some of my Healthy rewards and save the rest for another order?

Yes you can choose how many rewards you want to redeem using the selector at the checkout

Can I convert my Healthy rewards voucher code back into Healthy reward points?

Yes simply click the x button next to the voucher code at the checkout, and your points will be added back to your balance.  You may need to refresh your page.

What happens if I have redeemed more points than my order total?

No worries! If you leave the checkout, any unused points will remain in your account and you can add them to your next order. Please note that Healthy rewards are valid for 180 days.

I have created a Healthy Rewards voucher code but I don't want to use it towards my order.

That's okay, you can either:
1. Click the x button next to the voucher code at the checkout, and your points will be added back to your balance.

2. If you exit the checkout or our website for an extended period of time without completing your purchase, your points will be added back to your Healthy Rewards balance.

Why was I charged shipping after using my Healthy Rewards?

If applying your Healthy Rewards reduces your order total below our free shipping threshold, shipping charges will apply. Free shipping is calculated based on your final order total after rewards are applied.
