What is Apple Pay?

Apple Pay is a secure, contactless payment method that lets you pay using your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, or Mac.

Instead of entering your card details at checkout, you simply confirm your payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.


How can I pay with Apple Pay?

1. Click the 'Apple Pay' at the checkout as your payment method

2. Confirm your payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode

3. Confirm your payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode


Which devices can I use Apple Pay on?

You can use Apple Pay on:

  • iPhone
  • Apple Watch
  • iPad
  • Mac (with Touch ID or paired with an iPhone or Apple Watch)

Your device must be signed in to your Apple ID with Apple Pay set up.


Is Apple Pay safe to use?

Yes. Apple Pay is designed with privacy and security at its core.

Your full card number is never shared with us or stored on your device. Each payment is authorised securely using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.


I cancelled Apple Pay or closed the screen — what happens?

If you didn’t confirm the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, the payment wasn’t completed and no money will be taken.


Apple Pay isn’t showing as an option — why?

Apple Pay may not appear if:

  • You’re using a non‑Apple device or browser
  • Apple Pay isn’t set up on your device
  • Your browser doesn’t support Apple Pay
  • Your card or bank doesn’t support Apple Pay


Apple Pay isn’t working — what should I do?

If you’re having trouble with Apple Pay, try the following:

  • Make sure Apple Pay is set up in your Wallet app
  • Check you’re signed in to your Apple ID
  • Try refreshing the page and checking out again
  • Try a different Apple device if available
  • Make sure your device software is up to date

If the payment didn’t complete, no funds will be taken.


Can I get a refund on an Apple Pay order?

Yes. Apple Pay refunds are processed back to the original card used for payment, in line with our standard refund timeframes
