Apple Pay may not appear if:
- You’re using a non‑Apple device or browser
- Apple Pay isn’t set up on your device
- Your browser doesn’t support Apple Pay
- Your card or bank doesn’t support Apple Pay
Apple Pay isn’t working — what should I do?
If you’re having trouble with Apple Pay, try the following:
- Make sure Apple Pay is set up in your Wallet app
- Check you’re signed in to your Apple ID
- Try refreshing the page and checking out again
- Try a different Apple device if available

If the payment didn’t complete, no funds will be taken.
Can I get a refund on an Apple Pay order?
