How much is delivery to Australia?

We offer two shipping options for our Australian customers:

  • AusPost Post Delivery - FREE for orders over $89 AUD (and $9 AUD for orders under $89 AUD) with a targeted delivery of 4-10 days.
  • AusPost Express Post Delivery: $4.50 AUD for orders over $89 AUD (and $13.50 AUD for orders under $89 AUD) with a targeted delivery of 3-8 days.

The FREE DELIVERY threshold is calculated based on the value of the products in your cart after all your discounts have been applied and excludes the cost of shipping.


Do your shipping options require signature upon delivery?

Our shipping options require a signature with an authority to leave. This means AusPost courier will try to obtain your signature, if no one’s home during delivery, the courier will leave your parcel at your door or nearby in a safe location. If neither are safe to do so, your parcel will be held at your nearest post shop for collection within 14 days.

AusPost "Safe Drop" option allows you to nominate a safe and secure place to leave your parcel, waiving the signature requirement. You can set Safe Drop as your preference for future deliveries or request it as you need it.

The best way to have parcels delivered at your convenience is to register for MyPost to use a 24/7 Parcel Locker or post office (Parcel Collect) address.


Can I choose to see product prices in Australian dollar?

Absolutely! 

If you live in Australia you will see the Australian prices on our site and will be charged in Australian dollars when checking out


If you are viewing from another country

Head to the top right-hand corner of our website and look for the country code, this will show as NZD

 There will be a dropdown option for you to select AUD.

Please note that:

  • All orders are charged in Australian dollars

 

Can you send all products in your range to Australia?

Most of them, but not all. Honey and other bee products are restricted in Western Australia, so we’re unable to ship these products there.

If you have added a restricted product to your cart, our checkout process will automatically disable selecting a delivery method. You’ll be able to complete your order once this product has been removed.


Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. Once we’ve packed your order, you’ll receive a dispatch notification containing your parcel’s tracking number. You can then track your parcel’s journey on the Australia Post website. Further details also appear on NZ Post’s online tracking tool.
