Do you offer promo codes?

Yes, we occasionally offer special promo codes that give you a discount on your order or include something extra, like a free gift with your purchase. 

We also offer a consistent 5% discount on orders over $500. Simply enter the code BIG500HP at checkout to claim your discount. 

How do I use a promo code?

1. Shop as usual on our site and proceed to checkout.
2. On the Checkout page, enter your promo code in the 'Discount code or gift card' field, and click 'Apply.'
3. If your order qualifies, your subtotal will update to reflect the discount, or the free gift will be added to your order.

How do I find out the rules for a promo code?

• Terms and conditions are unique to each promo code. 
• All promo codes have an expiry date, or are valid while stock lasts – this is outlined where the promo code displays
• Some promo codes can only be used once per order, or per person, while others can be used more - this is outlined where the promo code displays
• Delivery fee is calculated on the order AFTER promo codes are applied. Codes providing a discount will reduce the subtotal of the order. If this drops below our minimum spend for free delivery, a delivery fee will apply.
• Promo codes offering free delivery will show a discount line once they're applied, rather than delete the delivery line altogether.
• Promo codes may not be applicable when products in the cart qualify for a 3 for 2 offer.

How do I make sure I receive HealthPost promo codes?

Easy, make sure that you’re signed up for our weekly deal emails.

You can do this in the Manage Preferences link at the base of any emails we send you, or subscribe in the footer at the base of our website.

My promo code is not working what should I do?

First check that your order meets the requirements of the promo code. Each promo code has specific conditions that must be met, to get the discount offered.

Double-check the spelling and numbers (taking care not to mix up the letter O, and the number 0).  We recommend you copy and paste the code to avoid errors. 

Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the code before applying it

Please also check the expiry date. All our promo codes have an expiry date and the code will not work if you are trying to use it after the expiry date.

Remember, promo codes are offered to specific customers – you cannot use a promo code that has been offered to friends or family on your own account. Please read our Terms & Conditions for more info.

Will I receive Healthy Rewards if using a promo code?

Yes. You will earn Healthy Rewards every time you shop. Earn 1 reward point for every NZ $1 you spend.

Can I share a promo code with a friend, or use their promo code they don’t want?

Most of our promo codes are linked to specific customers so you cannot share or transfer these promo codes (usually sent to you in a direct email). However, sometimes we may share a promo code on Facebook or with our partners. You’re welcome to share these promo codes too.

I forgot to put in my promo code, what can I do?

Forgot to enter your promo code when placing your order? We all know how annoying it can be.
